I have taught at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels across disciplines such as tourism and hospitality management, cultural and heritage tourism, food tourism, urban tourism, sustainable destination development, customer service, and research methods. I hold relevant academic and professional qualifications and am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), a Certified Hospitality Educator, and a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE).
